Simon’s Got Talent: the results

This was without doubt the biggest ever gathering of GSC staff ever: who together with friends, family, colleagues and supporters had a night to remember!

We sold 395 event tickets and over 360 people came through the doors, which meant our running costs were covered …and then some!

The raffle raised £1,442 (including £810 on the night) to add to the £695 from the silent auction!

Our main sponsor contributed around £1,000 “in kind” (i.e. the free drinks) to add to those that donated prizes worth around the same amount!

All said and done, we raised £3,121.88—not bad for a wee “social”—and monies are on their way to the projects in time for a for a Christmas spend!

Thanks to everybody who came along, Simon Community, Arches and Band staff, the celebrity Judges and the enthusiastic participants, Simon's Got Talent was a roaring success. Details of Silent Auction and Raffle prize-wiiners are here.
